AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
The staff, along with a carefully selected number of external providers, have worked hard to provide a rich variety of After School Clubs for the pupils at St John’s to enjoy. These clubs can both extend learning from school and introduce pupils to new skills and opportunities.
Registering a child for an after school club is done using the Parent Portal or Arbor App.

ABOUT ARBOR
Arbor is a simple, smart and cloud-based MIS (Management Information System), which helps us work faster, smarter and more collaboratively as a school. The Arbor App and Parent Portal mean we can keep you informed about your child’s life at school in a much more accessible way. The Parent Portal works on Google Chrome (computer or laptop) and you can download the Arbor App from the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone (Android 5.0; iOS 10.0 and upwards)
Club Types and Examples
- Teacher Led Clubs (TLC) – Clubs organised and run by teachers and members of St John’s staff.
- Externally Run Clubs (ERC) – Clubs organised and run by external providers.
- Music Tuition delivered by professional musicians.
- Non Standard Clubs (NSC) – Clubs run by staff for varied periods before, during school or after school. e.g. Sports Team Training, Homework Club.
